In 1987, he accepted Christ under the mentorship of the late Pastor Benjamin Smith (Deliverance Evangelistic Church) and was later baptized by Dr. Wesley Pinnock (True Light Fellowship Church). After years of training and service, he was called in 1994 to establish IBPR while continuing to serve under Dr. Pinnock’s leadership for over two decades.

For more than two decades, Dr. Ladele and his wife, Louvenia, have led missionary teams to Nigeria, combining gospel ministry with practical support for vulnerable communities. Donor support helps IBPR deliver tangible, on-the-ground assistance, including:

  • Education support, including the completion of a missionary school project in Lekki, Lagos (True Light Christian Missionary Academy referenced in ministry history).
  • Ongoing care and resourcing for STOG (Solutions to Our Generation) Orphanage in Ibadan, Oyo State.
  • Support and ministry to internally displaced people (IDP) impacted by Boko Haram violence.
  • Medical outreach and evangelism efforts in Nigeria (and mission history includes outreach in Accra, Ghana).

Recent humanitarian mission work (2024–2025): IBPR supported RCCG House of Glory Parish in Isan Village (near Oko Abe), Epe LGA, Lagos through church renovation and clean-water infrastructure, including a borehole and an overhead water tank to improve reliable water access for the surrounding community. The team also ministered through evangelistic outreach at Kirikiri Prison (Lagos) and at the boys’ correctional home on Kudiratu Abiola Way, Oregun, and continued hands-on support at the STOG Orphanage in Ibadan.

IBPR continues to collaborate with local leaders on medical outreach and community evangelism and is pursuing a long-term goal to help establish a medical facility to serve underserved populations. Donor and partner support helps sustain mission teams, expand clean-water and care initiatives, and strengthen year-round local capacity.

In 2015, Dr. Ladele and Louvenia joined Bethel Deliverance International Fellowship under Bishop Eric Lambert Jr. Married for over fifty years, they serve together in ministry and are blessed with six children and thirteen grandchildren.

Dr. Ladele earned his Ph.D. in Missions, Evangelism, and Church Growth (Newburgh Theological Seminary, 2021). IBPR is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; contributions are tax-deductible.
