Michael Ladele

Founder and Executive Director of the International Bible Prophecy Revival Ministry (IBPR)

His is a missionary, visionary and the mission “Reaching to Rescue and Teaching to Transform the lives of people we serve,” (Matt. 28:19-20). He is the Founder and Executive Director of the International Bible Prophecy Revival Ministry (IBPR), founded in 1994. He and his wife of over forty-five years, Louvenia, serve in ministry together and have been blessed with six beautiful and uniquely gifted children, and thirteen grandchildren.

Born in Zaria in the northern part of Nigeria in the mid-forties to proud parents Mark and Monica Ladele, hailed from Oka in Ondo state of Southwest part of Nigeria. He is the second oldest of eleven siblings – eight brothers and three sisters. After leaving his native country in 1972 for Philadelphia, PA, he pursued an education at Temple University, earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1977 and went on to earn a master’s degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University in 1986. Both institutions are in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He worked at SEPTA, (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority from 1981-1994 in senior engineering management positions within the organization.

He worked closely with other departments and coordinated work with other managers and staff included; developed written engineering specifications, designed construction projects, quality controls, systems development, marketing, sales, and transportation.

Developed detailed plans for new product design and development, it enhanced ridership program, public safety, and satisfactory services.

In 1987, Dr. Ladele met his mentors, the late Pastor Benjamin Smith at Deliverance Evangelistic Church, accepted Christ and was later baptized by Dr. Wesley Pinnock of True Light Fellowship Church, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

It was through these encounters and under his mentors’ tutelage that he received his formal training and call to the ministry. God released him to embark upon his own ministry, IBPR, while he served under the leadership of his senior pastor Dr. Pinnock for twenty years.
He supported the global mission’s ministry efforts in its conception and the 2008 construction building of True Light Christian Missionary Academy in Lekki-Lagos, Nigeria.

The IBPR Ministry mission’s objective is “to fulfill the vision by bringing the love of God into the daily lives of those with whom we live.” Dr. Ladele is anointed and has the gift of speaking a few Nigerian languages which is an asset that allows him to minister to various groups.

In 2015, the Ladeles joined Bethel Deliverance International Fellowship of Churches under the leadership of Bishop Eric Lambert Jr. God is trusting the Ladeles with the covenant task of leading souls for His Kingdom. They strive daily to ensure that “We are the church where the mission of Christ is meeting the needs of the people” and it is their desire to “Make the Kingdom Proud.”

“In 2019, president of Nigeria , Muhammadu Buhari claimed that Boko Haram was “technically defeated”. However, attacks by Boko Haram have escalated and it still poses a major threat as of 2021” in the country.

Over the past few years, the Ladeles have taken missionary teams to Nigeria working with the Internally Displaced People (IDP) by the “Boko Haram“ an Islamic terrorist organization based in northeastern Nigeria, which is also active in Chad, Niger and northern Cameroon. The group has caused havoc in various places through a campaign of bombings and attacks. Millions of Christians lives lost, and families displaced. There are over 5000 Orphanages including widows living at the camp located in Benin City, Edo State. There are great needs and challenges!

IBPR has also supported and continue working with the natives on medical outreach and evangelism in Nigeria and Ghana.

In June 2021, Dr. Ladele earned his doctorate degree in Missions, Evangelism and Church Growth through Newburgh Theological Seminary and the Newburgh College of the Bible in Newburgh, Indiana, USA.
